"Deliverables" refers to finalized music videos, corporate commercials, graded video cuts, or scripts provided under contract.

2. Utilization of Website

All content displayed on grandpoint.pro (graphics, video samples, layouts, text) is the intellectual property of Grand Point. You agree not to reproduce, copy, or redistribute any of our materials without express written authorization.

3. Professional Video Bookings & Quotes

• Any project estimates or briefs submitted via this platform are initial proposals and do not constitute a binding production contract.
• Official production contracts require double signatures and detailed outline agreements regarding payment terms, shooting schedules, and copyright delivery.
• Pricing listed in specific pitches or service pages is subject to final adjustments based on actual shoot days, talent costs, and equipment variables.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All raw video data filmed on set remains the physical property of Grand Point. Upon final payment clearing, full visual usage rights for the polished, edited video cuts are transferred to the client, as defined in our direct service contracts.

5. Limitation of Liability

We provide this website as-is. Grand Point will not be held liable for any virtual downtime, browser discrepancies, or unexpected marketing losses stemming from the utilization of this platform or our finished deliverables.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pretoria, Gauteng.
